I am a big Patrick Lencioni fan! Here's a good summary of his book, Death By Meeting, which I read a couple of years ago. He suggests there are four different kind of meetings:
1. Daily Check-In
2. Weekly Tactical
3. Monthly Strategic
4. Quarterly Off-Site Review
