Living in Community

Tonight is week 5 of my senior study! I can't wait to hang out with the class of 2008 in my home! This week I experienced something absolutely wonderful in our spiritual community. A lady I have never met in the church called me this week and asked if she could provide the snack for our study tonight! She noticed last Sunday in our bulletin that the seniors were coming over and figured that they would probably want to eat! How sweet is that? Since I started working here in 1996 I've never had that happen. It means a lot to me to know that there are people not involved in student ministry who are thinking about ways they can serve!
