Torn ACL

Today I found out that I have a torn ACL in my left knee. The injury occurred in Poland on July 9th while I was playing basketball during free time! As luck would have it, I decided to stay in for the last couple of minutes and whamo! I went up for the ball and landed in a horrible position!

On Wednesday or Thursday I find out my day for surgery!

An interesting side note. I was talking to the Doc today about how

I have something in common with Terrell Davis. Terrell tore his ACL, but I found out today that

what took him out of the league was a problem with degenerative cartilage that couldn't be repaired, not his torn ACL. I had forgotten that little known fact that took a phenomenal runner out of the game forever!
