Melo vs. Lebron

Last night was another reason to have hope for the future of the NBA. Lebron came to town and had it out with Melo. The Nugs won. Lebron was one assist short of a triple-double. It was interesting to watch Lebron pass on a last second three pointer. You could see the despair in his face. While the camera was on him you could see him mouth the words, "I was wide open!"

These two guys, along with Wade and others give me hope that the NBA will be something again, like it was in the 80's and the early 90's!

I'm am the utltimate sports chick, but I really can't get into the NBA. It is such a show of egos Plus there are so many games in the regular season, it takes the specialness out of watching a game. They play like every other night and the same teams over and over. You can watch the last two minutes of a game and catch all the action. LAME!

Agree with the J-Lub. NBA is boring. Last Sat I found myself watching a little NBA and college bball. The college game is so much better because the guys really want to win and there is more passion out there. The NBA players are wondering whether their posse will be waiting for them after the game.

Hon, you are right, but you know my first sports love is b-ball. Good take!

B-Stev, good call on the college game being better because of the passion!
